On Tuesday I was renovating a few windows for one of my customers. Ground floor, just putting on bigger pvc trim around the windows. All I seemed to be doing was going up stepladder and back down to cut pvc and then back up to stick it. Wednesday morning came and couldn't put my socks on. Not worked since but would have been out today but a storm has prevented this.
Can't understand how it happened, its like I've had a bump on lower back. If anyone has any experience on this then it would be good to know. I have the back support back on again. 🤔

I had similar many years ago, went to Docs who sent me to an inhouse chiropractor i think he was. Assessed me and gave me some very simple stretches to do. The relief was almost instant. Like you, i hadn't done anything that i knew of to hurt my back. He explained as we get older some people just need to work a bit of excersise to keep your back in good shape. I still do them occasionally when i remember, just stretches really similar to what anyone would do to warm up before doing gym excersises etc.. They're good for me anyway. I'd go to the Doctors if i was you, you shouldn't be needing a back support unless you have severley damaged your back i would of thought.

Cheers, did hurt my back 3 years ago and got painkillers. I thought I was okay because no pain for over a year. It was probably because I was up and down with constant bending over and it flared up again. I needed the rest and hopefully back on the glass tomorrow and looking forward to it.

If you not going to go the docs then i'd seriously advicse you to consider doing some simple stretches to help you. Stuff doesn't often just vanish on its own. They literally take a minute to do while you're waiting for your kettle to boil to make a cuppa, and may prevent further flare ups.
