Title: Can't Access CIU

Can't access this site using wi-fi but I can using 4g. Strangely my LG tv won't install or open apps. I reckon it's my router. I've logged into the router and turned the firewall off but still no good.

Sorry but can't find the correct section to post this in.

Rebooted the router and all is working now. What happened?
