Title: Anyone work Norton on Derwent Nr Malton YO17 ?

I have a very good "Old school" retired lady, moved away from my area to Norton on Derwent, largish property she says its got 22 windows and has asked me if I know anyone.
Shes a good cash customer who has her gutters cleared annually, never moans and is always polite and friendly, been on our books for over 12 years.
It would be nice for someone reliable to pick her up.
