Title: Dirty tactics to gain customers
Post by: ants on June 22, 2024, 08:35:43 pm
Had a long term customer ring me up yesterday to say
"Has Tidal Cleaning taken over from you?
They have sent me a message to say they have taken over your round"

I've never heard of them,....but how sad and desperate is that ?

I had that last year. It was a misunderstanding. A window cleaner had sold his round and there was a mix up with the address 52 instead of 25.

Tidal are a national franchise aren't they?

Strong chance it's a scam and your customer should be advised to report it to the police.

It could just be a genuine mistake......

If it's not and it's underhand tactics then these types of window cleaners/companies are the real losers in the long run....it never works!👍
