Title: Sign cleaning

Hiya, any advice please,,, sign above shop gained loads of over spray from shop nx door, the painters wiped it over with god knows what but left it like hard smeared, comes off with finger nail, needs something strong on a cloth.

Get the shop next door to sort it by getting the painters back.

On the basis that you are going to ignore my advice, do you know what kind of base the paint has? Water, oil, etc.?

The Pink Stuff Paste, a pound a tub. I use it on a scouring pad and works wonders. Try a test patch to see how it comes up, I think you will be astonished. 😉

Steam clean it be done in about 20 minutes

As its fresh you won't need chemicals either

Try a test piece first. If the sign is acrylic, then Pink Stuff could scratch. There is no coming back from that.
We also have a bottle of white spirit on the van. Use with a soft cloth with light pressure rather than a paper towel.
