If anyone's looking for a sideline and you've got a strong stomach, you could do worse than look at this. Shop I clean was shut most of this week because the drains got blocked and sewage over flowed the toilet bowel when people in the flats above flushed their loo. Apparently they weren't allowed to just clean it up they have to go through a certified biohazard company who have qualifications in using a mop and bleach ::)roll. Two blokes turned up, and spent less than an hour on the premises, mopping etc and the shop was billed £1100 plus vat :o. Not the most pleasant of jobs but as someone who's worked at Anglian Water it's amazing how much a mask and an application of vicks under your nostrils helps. Not a bad hourly rate is it :)

Always money in brown nuggets.
I received a call Friday to remove graffiti from an underpass. I told them all I do is paint over it now. The guy at the property company said he sent a young boy out with brick acid and wire brush but made no difference. I replied is he trained, have correct PPE and was it well ventilated? If not, you may receive a letter from a lawyer and you have 14 days to reply. Managers should know all the H&S Regs but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I gip over a waft of dog turd in a back garden dont think i could do it. When i moved into my house i fitted a new toilet, i never want to touch a waste pipe again especially if its come from someone elses arse.

Did a job a while back in the town center, gutter clearing. There were a few gully’s and other strange areas to clear of pigeon crap. I bought my subby with me, he vacc’d up all the pigeon crap as I was nearly sick with the smell.
He had to lean out a window where there was a small pitched roof, absolutely full of crap and a dead pigeon to top it off. It was absolutely disgusting. 🤢
I was very nearly sick.
The money was good, but I could not have done it myself, absolutely no way. Jimmy my subby was amazing, he just got on with it. I paid him extra for his bravery 😂
It was quite funny because the smell coming out the gutter vac was so unbelievably disgusting, I had to run down to another room and lean out the window to heave 😂
