Cleaner planner is perfect

By their nature 1 off work will require a bit more ‘dedication’ in regards to entering the info.

You might be better just walking away 😜

You just input them in cp as you would a window cleaning job but choose one off?

I've never done it just seemed long winded.

I'll go do it now then before I forget  ;)

Very easy especially if it's already a WC customer....

Even if not I reckon a fairly tech savvy person will have it done in less than 3 minutes.

Just buy a diary and use that to book it in on a certain day.....or use online or mobile diary.......I just use spreadsheets for regular windows plus diary for one off fsg jobs etc.....don't complicate the uncomplicated.

Right them up and tape them to your desk area on what to do. I have a PW job and today I got another one from a windy customer so will do both in same day when I have the PW in van. Today, I did 2 softwash jobs when I have all the stuff in the van. That's the way I do it but I only have 100 odd windy customers so have time to do it. I also have a diary but as I clean windows monthly so its not that hard to know what I'm doing at the beginning of each week.

Just use my iPhone calendar and keep checking each day what’s coming up.

Cheers I think in future I will just book all pressure washing jobs in for a Friday then I don't have to keep organising work.

I  have a cork board in my office with the jobs pinned to it.  I give the customer a rough time scale and then contact them a few days before I am calling.    even though I can earn more from  these jobs ... I always fit them around my regular window cleaning.

It's easy to input a one off job.you can even do it on the mobile app in less than 5 mins Adam.

I do sometimes wonder how the hell you manage to run a business at all with questions like these!😄
