I have been asked to quote for this.
I have completed many render cleans , but have never done one with wooden beams like this.
some of the paint on the beams is already flaking and i am concerened about the hypos effect as it runs down on the horizontal beams .
it cant be avoided, so what effect will the hypo have on the wood ? your thoughts please ?

Hypo will remove any loose or flaking paint I would explain this to the customer at the quoting stage saying it will need a re paint ,
