Garmin Fenix 7. It’s more suited for fitness, running, hiking etc but has all the features you mention and many more. Really good bit of kit.

Cheers that looks a nice bit of kit
That's what gave me the idea for heart rate but then thought it would come in handy for work.
I'll have to do some research

I have an Apple Watch and it’s great for fitness but I don’t like it interfering when I’m working. With my AirPods or any other Siri/alexa based headphones you can answer calls and do everything without taking your phone out your pocket.

Thanks, i`ll avoid apple as i have an android phone. I want notifications on my wrist so if someone rings i know whether its worth taking my gloves off and getting my phone out. Nothing more annoying than the spam phone calls im sure we all get.
started off looking at 100 quid fitbits now i m looking at 700 quid garmins, cant make my mind up

Think I paid £650 for my Fenix 7 but it’s not left my wrist in 18 months and some of the features encourage me to get out running, do >10k steps, stay active, get better sleep etc so it’s worth every penny.
Buy a cheapo watch with crap features you’ll be replacing it in no time.

I have an Amazfit GTS 2 Mini https://amzn.to/3NP5ZGH (https://amzn.to/3NP5ZGH). I use Android. I have had it about 18 months and it's been great, battery seems to be about 5 days. Notifications are good (txt, socials, email) they even allow you to read a few lines of text. It buzzes on incoming calls and shows not just number but also contact name if in your contacts list. I tend to answer calls on my bluetooth headset when its not junk calls. You can eve send back auto text (preset like 'I am busy, will call you back, etc) with a click on the watch face - no need to get phone out.
My partner has a Garmin Venu 2 https://amzn.to/3vmNjYq (https://amzn.to/3vmNjYq) That is about 3 times the price but she can actually take calls on it without taking phone out of pocket as it has microphone and speaker in it! She does have to charge it every day though.
They both have Alexa built in but hers can read out answers to questions you ask it, mine just puts answers on phone!

No mines the Fenix 7GPS 47mm. Just checked and it was £540 in March ‘23. Thought I’d had it longer than that tbh.

I use cheapo blue tooth bone conducting headphones. I did have an expensive set by Shokz, but when they broke, I replaced them and I can't tell any difference between the expensive or the cheapo ones.
I like to be able to pause them, so just added a 'nipple' of plastic using a hot glue gun so I can easily feel for it on the side of my head; useful for when a customer wants to talk.
