Title: How do you word your slow payers reminders text

but you all are so nice and forcefull with out being rude can you give me some ideas please !!

It's often met with. "Oh, Completely forgot sorry. I'll sort it now. Thankyou for the reminder."

When I first take on a customer I tell them that I will send the reminder every three or four days until payed. I've only ever had one person complain at the reminder sent this way.

I dont change my text for slow payers i just keep sending the same one until they either pay or i get fed up and dump them.

Text reminder.re.window cleaning.Date --/--/--.£--,--outstanding on your account.many thanks.Darren

Sometimes I'll send a customer a statement of account printed off CP but this is very rare(maybe 6 or 7 times per year)

For repeat offenders use GO cardless

I was reluctant to use it thought it woul be complicated it isn’t

And I bill customer on the day I clean and not an exact date, which won’t work for me as a one man band it’s difficult to stay on exact dates

For me anyway
Thomas Higgins is another one
A solicitor that handles debt collection

Basically sends a letter before legal action letter
Use to be £2.99
Set up about 7 years ago never used 😁

Only had to mention if debt not recovered would be passed on to them

That was real last case messer scenario’s
