Fantastic to finally get consecutive days of sunny weather 😎
830am-230pm window cleaning then chill for a few hours then gym tonight.💪

Finish at 2pm today then it’s beans on toast in the paddling pool washed down with six pints of ice cold lager. Burger and chips tonight. Then doughnuts and a Mcflurry or two. #bulkingupforbutlins

Each to their own i cant see the fun in dripping with sweat all day, on the verge of passing out. Eyes going blurry with glare, suncream in the eyes and pants riding up my arse.
Couldnt wait to get home and jump in the shower.
Now sat in living room with curtains closed and air con going

I worked 8am-2pm.28c here this afternoon but it was cooler this morning.
I hardly broke a sweat all day.the key is light polo shirts,shorts,trainers,sunglasses and factor 30 sun spray.
No passing out... :)
You need polo shirts that are made of breathable materials like gym clothes.
My heavy cotton polo shirts are only worn in the winter months.now they do make me sweat on a hot day!even worse with thick socks and my caterpillar boots but I've learnt my lesson over the years.
No such thing as bad weather.just inappropriate clothing!🤣🤣

I'm enjoying the weather also. I went out on my kayak this afternoon and I caught 76 yes 76 Mackerel in about 2 hours. I took my cigarettes with me and had a good puff and chill while I was out there.
Customers are ping me off slightly by ringing me up asking where I am. Feck em 👍

What do you do with the mackerel?take them home and put them in the freezer?
Still on the coffin nails then?so glad I finally managed to quit.im in much better health and have more money for nice things/holidays these days...

Chucked them all back in, they were joeys. If I was hungry I'd have kept them. A bloke further up the site caught a 3lb Bass and he was going to bbq it.
I smoke the rollies or duty frees.

You must work harder than me!I never sweat that much usually(even after a heavy session in the gym).
Only exception is playing drums in hot pubs and clubs.
