Never cleaned cladding like this before
Whats the price chaps ?
An hours work or am i underestimating it
Is it straightforward to clean with wfp and some degreaser ? or more complex than meets the eye
cheers

Easy job will take a lot longer than you think … to clean the red stuff of it
-
Depending what’s on it it is an easy job but will take longer than 1 hour , we price everything like that at half a day .

I siftwash that kind of thing, around £500-£1000 depending how dirty it is (can’t tell from pics)

Problem is - Softwashing is not always remove the staining - it will if its algae - if its dirt then follow splash - wfp 1/2 day

Interestingly Darran, I do a large energy companies head offices, it’s that type of siding but white, it comes up brilliantly with hypo, even traffic film comes off…
To be honest, I hate hard work now, so there’s no way I’m WFP’ing it, especially if it’s covered in baked in bird muck ;D

I had a b&m to quote, very similar to this one, didn’t get the job, some monkeys did it for peanuts!

Quoted him £300 let's see what happens
It's dirt, bird muck and algae looking at the pics he sent.

I have done a few like this. I would estimate it to take 2 hours , but price it at 3 hours.
you may be better off doing it out of hours , as there will be customers going in and out constantly.
I used no nonsense degreaser from screwfix .... I find it very good

Or don’t quote it on an hourly rate you might earn better out of it.
