Awful and should serve as a reminder to all to work safe.

Yes Tragic - but not Solar specific - any cleaning or gutter clearing on these types of roof should always have an extensive risk assessment
We personally will not walk these roofs - high access all the way

I totally echo Darren’s words above whilst sad , this situation working at height is a common one and a thourough risk assessment should be in place before any work is undertaken if one’s don’t know how to do this and work safely they shouldn’t be doing the job .

Any reputable business will ask for a copy of your risk assessment and want to discuss it before work takes place this process should weed out the ones who work in an unsafe manner. We do a bit of work at height for a number of larger companies and always get a call from their H&S departments asking all manner of questions. If accident happens the company who own the property will also find themselves in court for allowing work to be undertaken in an unsafe manner, ignorance isn’t a get out of jail card with this type of thing .

Just looked at your website. I see your UK courses are to be paid by $ and there is no phone number or business address. It doesn't instil confidence.

Thank you for the feedback.
Our payment system is run by Stripe and our courses are sold globally. The accepted global currency is dollars. If you do not receive the goods offered for the price paid, you can take this up with Stripe, who will give you a full refund.
There is a chat service available by Whatsapp also.
I hope that dispels any fears. :)
