I got a hd power up reel quite some time ago from water works i think it may have been out of warranty ..it developed a leak from a component
.. I tried to sort it but faild so I contacted them .told me to return it and they would sort it free of charge.not only did they fix it they put a new belt cleand it put new fittings on which was not part of the issue sent it back free postage.thats what i call good customer service.. well done guys
