For those who employ, how do you appease staff when you get a wet day or two or more ? Thanks

With full pay? Or what would be the arrangement.

No - we have a semi flex arrangement on hours - if weather too bad they go home -  no pay

They go home and get paid

I try & have some fsg’s or inside work. Rare it rains all day. If it does he goes home on full pay.
