After a bit of help!
I have just attempted to clean a very dirty con roof that is under some trees .
I used some degreaser , also a internal cleaning pad on the glass But i couldn't shift any of it .
Any ideas gratefully received.

There are some things you can do and some things you maybe can't do.
If you can't shift it with normal cleaning, then I would move on. It's so easy to get focused on satisfying every customer issue you forget about doing what you need to, to grow your own business.
There is nothing wrong with admitting to a customer that you tried and failed. It's not your problem that they have a conservatory under a tree that drops sap. Their solution: cut down the offending tree/s and replace the conservatory roof.
An old boss of mine always said, "don't take on someone else's monkey."
His other favourite was:
"When you are up to your neck in alligators, it's easy to forget that the goal was to drain the swamp." (He used a different part of one's anatomy.)
When we first started window cleaning some 20 years ago, I was asked to clean a glass panelled conservatory roof. It was a slopping roof butted up to the side of the house. There was lead flashing along the top to stop water ingress. The glass roof window pains were thick with lead residue. I tried everything and unfortunately had a very annoyed customer when I admitted I couldn't solve his problem. I learnt then there are some jobs that we aren't going to entertain.

Is the roof glass or polycarbonate.
If it’s glass and not self cleaning you could use a glass scraper with new blade fitted .
If it’s polycarbonate TFR or Prochems Ultrapack renovate .

Use a good de greaser Virosol is good diluted 10-1 give it a good spray leave it to dwell for 10 muinits spray with a bit more if needed , then scrub with WFP hot will remove it easier and quicker but cold will remove it with a bit of elbow grease .
