I'm not on a meter where i fill my van.

6.5% increase for me, taking my monthly bill to nearly £45. Scandalous ;D

Wish I was paying £45, more like £98 and that's before any rise, absolute joke

Only the element of your bill that is used for business is tax deductible, but I’m sure you knew that.

Oh great! 🙄
All the more reason to put up our prices in April then.
-
Maybe it’s all Tax deductible you’ve still got to shell out for it though initially eh,for some that would be 100 notes on diesel a week soon 125 for water then rained off the odd day but still got to pay wages lol,the futures bright the futures brown.

Yes but depending on your tax bracket you will only get back a percentage of what you shell out.

A week or month?

I'll be putting my prices up in April if not sooner.
You just can't keep them the same. The cost of literally everything has gone up.
My gas and electric has gone up nearly 200 quid a month, my mortgage will be doing the same. There's 400 quid a month before I've even started on council tax and other bills not to mention business costs like fuel, water , insurances. Corporation tax has gone up as has the dividend rate.
I've not actually sat down and calculated exactly but as you can see it's pretty scary if you think you are going to keep your prices and income the same.
My prices will be going up, if they don't like it they will have to be replaced it's that simple.

A month. I dont actualy use that much, but for a while my DIRECT debit wasnt covering my usage, so they put the monthly amount up to clear the balance.
Iam on a meter and use around 1600 ltres a week for work

Totaly agree dazmond that announcement of water price increase has given me the green light to increase my prices
-
Pass the cost on, simple as that.
At least we don’t have to try to beg an employer for a pay rise or go on strike.
At the end of every month I look at all customers who’ve had the same price for 12 months, and increase at month 13.
Customers are expecting it.

Fortunately, we have a well and water that only requires a DI.
Supply is limited in dry summers though plus pumps and UV filters need maintaining.
Used to have a separate groundwater supply that could, after heavy rain, kill a Merlin prefilter in 24 hours!
