Been thinking about this osftware for a little while, we use ACT customised by my own fair hand at the moment, anybody in the UK purchased this software?
Your comments etc, would be most appreciated, before we take this further, as I think its quite expensive, many thanks

One year later, did you get the software, as I am looking at it my self, is it any good??

Been running with it for six months now, whilst very pretty and quite well written, it would not interface with our other systems, such as payroll, accounts, Health & Safety and others.

Going down the route of bespoke software now, lead time of 12 months  :(.

Thanx Rob I may end up doing the same, are they developing it from Access or VB

Looked at this package a couple of years ago.  Very good package, various modules to add on as you go.  Good customer service /call centre package etc.   Will cost approx 2K.

In contact with reps to devise how to tailor this package to suit all our needs.  Give then a call.  They will respond mainly in the afternoon due to time differences.

Let me know how you get on and your thoughts on the software

we have been using this package for about 3 yrs, it was a good investment.
