Title: Facebook ads

Any FB experts on here.
When I click on create and ad on my FB business page I get this message "Page Not Allowed to Advertise You can't create ads or promote your Page because it's restricted from advertising." something to do with no feedback score.....how do I get round it?

Cancel that I hadn't set up two step authentication.
