hi all
could any one help me in writing out a quote
its  for 2 residential accommodation ,all i need to know how do i start it off ,
and do i do list of the areas to be cleaned also do i list the work to be carried out ie:sweep and mop wc !!!

i never gone for an contract before and there's a lot of competition out there who do quote's every day , and want mine to look that iv done this before lol

any help would be greatful

Hi!
After your first page(your intro letter saying how grateful they have chosen you to quote bla bla..)
I would first list all the areas you will clean, then what you intend to do on a daily basis, then weekly, monthly etc, Then your price, break this down, materials etc,vat etc, then info about your company, references etc, also other things you might provide, loo rolls, towels,carpet cleaning, window cleaning etc, Terms and conditions, 2 x contracts, one for them to sign and one for you to keep, a copy of you PLI insurance, present it in a nice folder and there you go, if you need any help with document templates just shout, if i don't have the your after, someone will. ;D

any chance you could help me the contract and the T&C not got a clue when its comes down to all this paper work ::) only know the hard work  ;D
