Yes. If you have no instantly adjustable flow then you have to trad more to achieve a good result.
No tap? Maybe 85% wfp not 95%.

Yeah I agree it can be a lot of the time WFP just earns way more money.
-
after 17 years trad and 12 years wfp its wfp by a country mile IMO....
thats why i only need to work part time hours these days(part time hours for full time money).....i only have 1 job(ground floor commercial)that i use a squeegee on and the odd inside kitchen window on request for elderly customers.
i know some window cleaners who are not really making much more money than when they were trad and are still working full time hours wfp(i think its a combination of inefficient working practices/sub optimal equipment and low prices)

Yeah I agree with you Daz I think Darren meant when you stand back and look when you’ve just cleaned some by hand from time to time,a lot of stuff that used to take 1.5-2 hours by hand is easily done in a 1/3rd of the time at a brisk walk.
If you come across a fellow WC Daz that uses cold reels in by hand and still uses orange 🍊 poles and van ports he knows no better, leave them be lol.
