I sometimes use a week hypochlorite mix 1part hypo to 15 parts water.
but at the moment, i tend to use No Nonsense degreaser from screw fix. I find it excellent.
use fan spray jets to thoroughly soak the gutters etcwith the chemical. go back to the start, gentle rub and rinse
I have one to do today, and 2 caravans. if I remember I will take some pics

Don’t tell anyone but stick a cap full of bleach in that Ubix mix 😉.

James thanks for your help 👍
Have done upvc cleans before but average 1 every 🤔 18 months
Window cleaning is easier 😁
Any tips and time savings I’ve learned are forgotten by the next go!
(Should write ✍🏻It down)
NWH
I’d worry putting bleach in solution
Frightened upvc would go yellow 😭

Hypo mix on that will work well it will kill all the algae and freshen up the old plastic , we use 6-1 mix , Virosol will also work well diluted 10-1 but won’t freshen up the plastic like hypo will

Hypo all day everyday, normal strength as i would for cladding, then a rinse. So much easier than scrubbing.

You can buy lightning cleanse from Benz ,but I would suggest buying dairy hypochlorite from a farm shop or swimming pool supplies firm it comes in 20 or 25 ltr drums and is us10-15% strength , you need to add 300 ml of either of theses the one on the right is cheapest and works very well per neat drum of hypochlorite it’s a surfactant that will help it cling to vertical surfaces and slow down drying out .you need 6 ltr of water to 1 ltr of hypochlorite for plastic cleans and 4-1 for walls (http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1665091727_CDC7F84A-9C8A-4CB4-9A23-88B4BAE154EB.jpeg)

Nice job done there Mike , hypo will kill the spores behind the brackets and other areas that you cannot get to with the brush though

Come on man get in and behind those clips 😂.
