Fantastic opportunity to buy this well established window cleaning round due to health reasons. Turnover £60+ per hour. Over 98% of window cleaning work is Reach and Wash. Tiny amount of trad - mostly lower level work where easier to clean trad. HUGE potential for expansion and upsells (customers regularly have gutter clearance and jet washing - this is not included in £4k stated). If customer not home to pay on the day almost all pay by bank transfer same day. We visit each road every 4 weeks. We can provide a breakdown of frequencies. professional handover. Think you should have mentioned this is a franchise so not exactly as straight forward to whoever pays out for this.
