Title: What would you quote?
Post by: Martin S on July 22, 2006, 04:08:55 pm
Hi Guys,

Out of interest, what would you have quoted?

I don't do much commercial work, but yesterday quoted, (and got) the following:

1st floor office/boardroom/landing, 92 sqm total, brand new installation of loose fitted Carpet synthetic tiles with Decorators/plasterers dust todden in (only very light). Concrete sub floor.  Looks like a very easy job with poss' only a prevac and straight extract.

Edit
PS.  Forgot to say.  Clear access and empty rooms.

Thanks to all those that voted.

I quoted £395.60, less 20% discount due to clear access, light soiling etc.  Total £316.48   ;D ;D.

I'm sure they'd have gone with it anyway even if I hadn't offered the disc'  :'( :'(

Maybe I got lucky eh!!  ;D ;D

Looks like you got top dollar    Very  well done.

You must have been very confident as only 2% of us would have gone in at this price.

Were they seeking other qoutes.?

How much Sales Patter did you use?
