Does anyone treat new Karndean or Amtico floors?
The process seems straight forward but very time consuming to do manually. The client spent 5 hours preparing the floor in question.
If anyone does this type of work, how do you do it?

Thanks, looks like I need a rotary machine and a mop!

Stripper in rotary machine fitted with brush, the brush will clean between the slight gaps and scratches, making the floor look new again. Allow to dry, then apply a minimum of 2 coats of polish with a fine pile applicator pad avaialable from Jangro.

Thanks.
Do you do this type of work, if so what do you charge?

Depends what size the floor is, a small kitchen perhaps £165, a large area (full days work) perhaps £350.
I used to do quite a few, but now only do them for existing custys as have plenty of carpets to do.
I forgot to mention, a hard floor wand attached to your cc machine is much better than a mop to rinse the floor after stripping as it won't leave any residue.

Thanks for the feedback.
I mentioned this to the retailer who supplied the customer and he bought up commercial work. says they sell a lot, most of which is never treated/protected.

Will let you know around the end of September, having it laid in bathroom, kitchen and hallway, on wife instructions!
Will check guarantee and follow instructions to the letter! New is the operative word! If it takes 5hrs in which case, I will assign the wife to do it!
Have not come a cross there product in the commercial world, but probable have, I only follow instructions from the company that laid any material, ball is in there court!
Target flooring rep told me they don’t recommend applying polish, burnishing is all what is needed, something about heat sealing it! Customer looked at me and said! Clean it then seal it! Who am I to ague? It’s been down a few years! This is on commercial work, I don’t do domestics.
