Title: Window cleaning software
Post by: Steve H on June 27, 2022, 10:52:49 am
Hi Guys,
I currently use George for my cleaning round, have been using it for a while now. It works reasonably well, but wondered what other people use. I would like to use it both on my mobile and computer if possible, produce decent invoices, reminders etc.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Cheers
Steve

There's 3 big players.

Cleaner planner https://www.cleanerplanner.com/pricing/ (I use this one)
Aworka http://www.aworka.com/
Squeegee https://squeeg.ee/en-GB/pricing

All work well. Squeegee are emerging as market leaders.

All much more expensive than George

Thanks Soupy much appreciated.
Does the one you use provide options within the software to contact customer directly ie email a customer or text customers from the app. Instead of me having to text my customers day before from my mobile, then text them again to confirm youve been and provide the next due date etc. Its a part of the job, but takes up a lot of time when you tally it all up over the weeks/months.
Thank in advance.

Ive just had a look soupy at the link, does the one you use include mail chimp, so you can email customers from the software directly or is this an additional cost?
Cheers

Squeegee emails customers for free and can be set to auto send invoices on job completion with next clean date. Txt via squeegee costs as you have to buy credits! Have a look on udemy as squeegee has a free training course.

The prices of those three cover quite a range. Make sure you know exactly how much you're getting into when you kick off.

You don't need to use mail chimp. It's more for advertising campaigns. You can email customers directly from cleaner planner without mail chimp.

It can text via textlocal at a cost of 3p. You'll need at least the pro option for that.

Take the free trial. Nothing to lose.

I moved from George to Aworka and it's great to access from both mobile on the go and laptop at home.

It does have the email option but that's something I haven't put the time into sorting. As for the text option I dont know about that but imagine it would work out cheaper quickly doing it from your phone.

I use cleaner planner - it’s professional and reliable but there haven’t been many new features for quite a while

Tempted by squeegee due to some really nice features including automatic bank reconciliation and accounting - but the price is eye watering for my requirement of 6 users  compared to Cleaner Planner

I use Aworka . It can email customers no problem. I also use it to text customers, free via the MYSMS app which it links up with.

I use Aworka.
The guy from there helped me out BIG TIME, after I foolishly deleted a poop load of data (3000 one offs ;D). I’d recommend Aworka for that alone
