Any one used this?
How does it compare to the old ones?
I recently broke out my old 14" version and have to admit, it was fun.

I think it’s over the top again I’m not a fan parson the pun of any above brush rinsing,the central rinse bar on the Xline is better when it’s not obstructed.

Have to agree, can't see any benefit to an over the top rinse bar at all, none! I can only see the amount of problems that would arise from it's application!

If a rinse bar goes above the brush with the flow I like to use it’ll always hit the top frame on the final rinse down,I like to clean the top frame and then rinse from the top of the glass.
An above rinse on anything apart from plastic I can see problems coming some timber windows I avoid the top frame section on a regular clean,a central flow of water is far more reliable and accurate let’s not try to over engineer things,central jets are perfect let’s just have 2 more to go with em that would be an improvement.

If you were to turn the flow down to prevent this you’d be cleaning windows at a snails 🐌 pace.

Love them......use them at 75 and rinse on the glass.........no problems.

Yeah horses for courses and all that but in the main they are toilet to use.

They're a cracking bit of kit and can definatley save time and water, but not practical for all windows. They can be hard to get the hang of but when you do they can be a big help on a lot of windows.
The older version of the rinse bar used to get blocked jets easily and in the earlier days they used to come apart, was just wandering if the newer ones had better flow?

I found that I continually 'damaged' the 2 jets on either end on the brickwork around the window frame with the original rinse bar. I have to use a sharp pointed pin to open the jets up again.
I have this on a brush with a swivel which I honestly don't use much. I'm not a swiveller, but I find that the rinse bar does work best with a swivel as you can angle the brush head when rinsing.
I haven't used the latest one.

Only place I can see a use for them would be large shop windows, no need to lift off the glass at all.

Yeah large shop windows or similar the tiny tiny bits that get left on the glass after rinsing are not an issue after it’s dried anyway,I can’t see any use for them on the domestic side.
