Title: rubber flat roof

afternoon guys

cleaned one of these after the sand rain. covered in dirt and sand,
swept and scrubbed clean, looked gleaming clean while wet,
dries with patches everywhere, cleaner but far from proper clean
just used pure water and a medium soft brush

any suggestions to get proper clean ?

Try that tyre wall stuff the valeters use.

Just use garden hose and brush with a bit of soap quick rub and rinse with copious amounts of water  will be fine
