Im running 75m of micro with 60 psi flojet , superb pressure , mind you i am using fan jets , i was using 2mm pencil jets and they were spot on too !

It could be your jets causing the prob , which ones do you use ?

I have two pumps on my system one has a varistream fitted the pumps are both 60psi flojets

I run 50mtrs of microbore on one pump but can't run it on the pump with the varistream as it plays about.

But the pump without the varistream it works a dream.

Try using your pump without the varistream and see if that makes a differance

i use Tucker Poles so the pencil jets must be about 5-6mm at least and i dont really want to bypass the varistream after the money they charged for it

Well i have now got my 100m microbore all fitted out today (friday ) done my normal block of 50 flats had the varistream nearlly on 0 because ive put smaller pencil jets in and normally it took 5 hours to do them all and as with the hose being easier to handle took 2 hours off and with not so much pressure and smaller jets used 1/3 rd of the tank insted of 3/4 amazing stuff that microbore and a big  thanks to Tony for supplying the goods .Ps wheres my proper invoice lol

"The devil is in the detail" they say,

The size of jets is crucial to a well set-up system.

We spent months choosing what we feel is the right size jets for our poles.

As you have seen easyclean they can completely transform your working enviroment.

With microbore hose and the correct size jets, you really dont need a varistream on most set-ups, as the hose & jets do it for you.

i know now thanks alex trouble is i bought the varistream last year before i knew microbore existed. But im going to leave it in now its nearlly turned off on th very last notch cant even hear the pump operating and its only a 60si..Microbore amazing and i really can see the difference saves time is not heavy to pull along over longer distances and dosent get caught under gates etc amazing and i didnt think the small jet size would let out enough water but because of the speed its quicker to clean and rinse

we use 50m microbore per reel, along with fan spray jets, always get a nice flow of water.
