Title: 4021 ez pure
Post by: robert mitchell on February 23, 2022, 04:31:11 pm: Im in the process of setting my old 4021 EZ pure system back up with new membrane , Alex Gardiner used to have a video of setting up but i can no longer find it and cant remember exactly how it all goes.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

The merlin is quite different to the ez pure I believe .

These instructions are for a Champ housing. The end caps are secured slightly differently.

Someone suggested using a T radiator valve screwed into the port to release it. There is a Youtube video by Mark Munro.

Then it's remove and assemble a new membrane to these instructions. These instructions are for a 4040 but the 4021 is exactly the same.
