If I worked for you I'd look at the scsf referral scheme to see if I could find another job ;D

As there is only me, I provide myself with a cap, loads of sunblock cream (I thought this was a legal requirment under H&S for outside workers), Large bottles of water, clean hand towel daily.
I often ask my customers if their kettle is broken, as I know someone who can fix it!!!!! 8)

hi there
i pay my staff well, and indeed i have a list of people always looking for work.
the fact of the mater is, that the guys know that when the work is done then they go home,
the chap that was with me , was at home by 1.30pm rest of the day out in the sun, fully paid.
its about the relationship you have with your staff. and if you dont have that, then they will take those hot days off.
we do specialist works, that sometime involve weekend and overnights, again they are paid well, work extrmely hard, and enjoy the money in the wage packet.
nothing in this world is forced apon individuals, everybody is free to decide what they want to do.
regards
martin

There is only me so I take a 2l bottle of water to each job and I also have a can of Magicool (don't bother!) plus unlimited ice creams and any time I am not working is spent in the shade on my sun lounger!
