Title: What am I doing wrong

Hi all. I've got 2 sets of brand new slick connectors and both leak from where they connect. Any ideas?

Have you used O rings to get a tight fit?

Both hoses are well connected but the leak seems to be from the actual slick joint.

Try some Vaseline on the o rings . I find they need this to stop them getting stiff anyway
