Title: Does anybody use email marketing?

Does anybody here use email marketing to prospects or customers?

I'd like to get something automated setup that takes emails off people who get a quote off my website and then markets to them.

wondering if anybody has experience of this and could offer me some recommendations?

Never tried it but read a lot about it

Mail chimp is very good apparently.

Yeh I use mailchimp. It’s the systemisation and integration of it I’m interested in

You can integrate MailChimp with Cleaner Planner.

In theory you could use the email address from your customers GoCardless Direct Debit, import that into MailChimp and then maybe once a month put out an offer for an Addon service to your existing customers.  Such as 10% off Gutter Clearing (to get their attention etc).

That's what alot of the US guys do when it comes to marketing to existing customers.  I've never done this but i have thought about it.


I know that you don't use GoCardless but maybe the direct debit provider you use captures email addresses?

You can email your own customers if you have their addresses that they've given you but I don't think you can email individuals cold.

Same with cold calling on the phone which is a shame as Id love that.

Yeh. I have emails for all quotes and customers
