http://Hi There We are a new cleaning firm in Hull we are looking for help in submitting our very first tender, if possible could anyone help or let me have an example.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

what is the tender for???

most tenders will dictate the  format of the response!!

The tender is for a community centre and they want at least 2 cleaners twice a day for 3 hours in the morning and evening
