Low battery voltage?
Could be a low battery or a poor connection causing high resistance and reducing the voltage to the controller. Check and clean the fuse connections first.

dodgy wire, fuse or knackered battery....how old is your battery(s)BTW?
-
Wires and fuse fine ,I have a few batteries no older than 6 months old does the same on any off the batteries 🙂

Could be calibration. Water is starting to warm up now which has an effect.
Using hot I have to recalibrate regularly.
Also could be an airlock in the system. Disconnect from hose reel, turn pump up full whack to get it flowing then reconnect.

Used spring controlers as long as I can remember never had an issue like this, basically the screen is flashing from flo to bat erratically

Had this happen some while back.
It had somehow got water in side.
Dried it out and all was good again, so maybe a bad connection.

Will open up and have a look 🙂

Hi JK
What may help here would be to completely disconnect the controller from the Battery. Once the contoller is switched off either remove the inline fuse between the control and battery and leave this disconnected for 5 - 10 minutes or disconnect the battery terminal.
This will reset the processor in the controller.
If this does not work take a couple pics of the PCB and email them to me please at ian.sheppard@springltd.co.
Also roughly how old is the controller
