Title: Resin changed, but coming out of the resin at 2

Hey all. Just changed the resin as it was coming out at 5. Brand new from Daqua used them before. But strangely it’s still coming out at 2. Any ideas why ? Comes out of RO at 19 {quite hard water where we live, 420} but then with new resin it should be zero but is two. Could there be a problem that at the top of the resin chamber it’s being mixed with the 19 RO  water. I’m miffed!

It happened me once . I just took off tops off both di vessels rinsed them thoroughly under a  tap screwed back on turned system back on turned pump up to max for minute or 2 and it seemed to sort it for me .  Crowd I had bought resin off of wanted a sample of resin sent back but thankfully it didnt have to come to that.
