Hi - Any of you East Sussex window cleaners used the Eastbourne Spotless Water yet.
I was looking for basic feedback please
-
Is it cost effective what does it work out at a week last time I think I read something about this you would have to be desperate to use this way to get water on a regular basis,200 a month at least if memory serves me right for a 500-600 tank.

What’s that 21 notes for 600ltrs lol bargain doing that everyday eh.
-
Sorry that’s + Vat £24.20p 🤣

yes thats the price personally i have my own
-
I’ve got a fob purely incase if I’m working far enough away it may be worthwhile to use rather than travel back home and back again shame there’s none in ideal locations atm
I don’t think anyone would use this their prime source of water every day at those prices
-
If they do they want their heads testing 1000 a month on water 💦 🤣🤣 blimey why would you do that,I can understand people using it if they need more water at some point in the day and need to top up but do people actually use these on a daily basis lol madness.

yes byersan up in ewell sell it for £3 per ltre a guy goes there every 2 days but at £25 front and back of a property and 20 houses a day he is making profit but why he does this he lives in a flat 8 stories up and no parking
-
Yeah loads of people could do it that way I could myself but why throw away a 1000 a month on water,if he’s doing so well he should get himself out that flat with that extra 1000 notes he would save and put it towards a house with a tap 🚰 lol it ain’t rocket science tell him.

Maths not your strong point then?....it’s £25.20
-
Sorry I lost a £1 m8 it’s better than losing the rest of that 20 odd quid a day though I reckon 😉

i think he had to move out of his house and go into temporary flat enough said

Unless anyone was in a desperate situation they’d have to be stupid to use this method to get water on a daily basis,if he’s savvy enough to earn good money he’d be savvy enough not to throw money away like that on water.
The price alone tells you that it’s only viable if you are caught short so to speak when out working and you need to top up to finish a particular job-jobs,spending that kind of money to fill up every month is crazy there’s plenty of people out there that would let you use the tap in their garden for a fraction of that.
-
And that’s if they are metered.
-
I think that covered everything i needed to know - Cheers guys
-
Go to a local farm or similar and ask if you can rent a small space for about a 5th of that cost a month, they are usually on a commercial setup you can use a Hoover Dams worth a month.
-
Think I’ve used most of the spotless filling stations, very handy.
-
I am joining spotless soon
-
There are loads of smaller suppliers if you look for them, and they are a fraction of the cost of spotless

£3 per ltr ???????? That cannot be right that means to fill my van would cost 3 k absolute rubbish

I’ve just purchased more resin and pre filters that’s me set to make 1000s upon 1000s of litres of water for the foreseeable and when you break that cost down over 6 months that’s pennies per 100 litres don’t know about 1 litre lol people that use this way to get their water everyday want either their heads testing or they need to save that money and move house-flat.
If you had a ground floor flat with off road parking you could make water I know this isn’t possible for everyone but you can rent a small 8x8 shed to make water in somewhere.
