Organic staining - algae - lichen

Or black staining from something like a boiler vent.....

Either a Virosol mix and scrub rinse or if you are ok with it softwash with hypo to kill any algi spores  should come up like new

Screwfix No Nonsense Degreaser is an easily accessible, safe option.

Then you've got Virosol, and UBIK 2000, very similar.

Dave Kemp's TFR is good (probably the non caustic one).

If all else fails, a weak mix of hypo is excellent. But not in a School, unless you have used this product for a long time.

Go with the first option.
