That's great if you have 24/48hrs to wait for a call back alongside the potential 5 days or more because of bank holiday weekend for delivery.
If I have one pole and it breaks i'm in trouble, pole snapped!
Cap in hand to another windy so doing my terraced properties with what feels like a 300 foot pole.

I ordered £150 of stuff from Gardiners yesterday evening. I received a call this morning as 1 item wasn't in stock, they substituted a suitable replacement. Then received a shipping notice this afternoon. Stuff arriving Tuesday. While it says 5 working days on website that may be just for some purchases.

If you’re really privileged you get Alex’s mobile.

It's your own fault then....you should always have at least 1 or 2 spare poles....
Theres a lesson to be learned here mate!👍🙂

They are normally really quick at replying back, do it through email don't leave a voice mail

100% I learnt this snapping my xtreme 22 a few years ago and having to use my skx39 for a few days!
As for gardiner contact, I had an issue with my delivery last month so left a message on the voicemail and they called me back within the hour!!
Great service

Live 10 minutes from WCW but wanted Gardiners.
Will have to persevere with the 500 foot alli pole and learn my lesson.
