231 every fortnight in middlesbrough heatherfields

Bungalows
Small houses
And flats

£4 houses and £3 for bungalows

Probs can hit them with another £1 on top as havnt been for a whislt

Takes a day and couple hours next day for kne person

Seems cheap, but with fortnightly clean its probably just a quick wipe... Over £200 a day trad is not bad at those prices.
Add £1 each and WFP all in one day.

Lol blimey no wonder of the disbelief with some of the things I spout then 🤣🤣🤣 no surprise  we hear all this talk about 2-3 x the monthly clean,we were never getting prices anywhere near as low as that 25-30 years ago.

Guys probably making a reasonable living under difficult circumstances that you don’t have to consider.

You can buy a 2 bed terrace up there for about 40k.

Puts the low prices into perspective.

They will no doubt have been cleaned slap dash or glass only if hes knocking out 50 a day.
