HI Guys,
Thinking of selling up my round.
I have around 150 well established well paid domestic jobs.
And 15 Commercial Jobs.
I've been cleaning the round for 5 years.
What i would like to no is what would the best way to sell it and how many cleans do i ask for
Any advise would be much appreciated.

Thanks for all your replies
Much appreciated.

Not the best site for fast replies mate, try the other forum or fb groups.....
I would start high and drop you price if you need to, depends how desperate you are to sell. Its worth what someone will pay so anywhere between 2 and 10 cleans.
Ive sold work before at 4/5x as i wanted rid fairly sharpish but i wouldnt sell my best work for that.
A lot of people still think they should be paying 3x, personally i would rather dump it at that price
As for where to sell it, put it on here, other forum, fb groups, fb marketplace, ebay and gumtree.

I'd advertise it on here and window cleaning forums and 3-6 times monthly value seems fair

Cheers Stoots

Where is it based?
Is it trad or wfp?
How compact and well priced is the work?
Detail the commercial work? Shops? Offices?
Any equipment included in the sale?
Reason for sale?
All questions that are going to effect the value of the work to any potential buyers.

If it’s WFP work and a decent hourly rate is achievable I would say 6x the monthly value as you are selling the whole lot. Normally I would say x4 or x5 when it’s only part of a round being sold off as generally you are selling the worst work you have on your books( nobody sells their best work right? ) but because you are selling the whole round it potentially makes it more appealing to a buyer.

All my work is WFP
Commercial work consists of offices and retail business very nice work.
Thanks for all your replies
Gives me some idea

Have a look on windowcleaingroundsforsale Web site give you an idea on price and variables
I've bought at x5 and x6, heard people buying at x10 fair play if you can get that good luck, how come you've had enough?
-
Value it well if it’s a good business and if I were you I would only take into account other peoples prices as a guide, lots of window cleaning businesses for sale but I reckon if you delved a little deeper these days some of them would only be worth 2-3 moths value.
Don’t just sell it for the sake of it the right person will come along and offer you what it’s worth, don’t sell all you’re hard work for the price of a good holiday.
