Hi all
Has anyone got one of these vans in a L2 H2 ?
Are they to big for you ? Too long ? These take loads of weight for my 850 tank 2 man system, gutter vac and the pressure washer from time to time but I would like to know what you like/ dislike about them
Kind regards

I’ve also been thinking about this size van it’s a shame they don’t do one in any make that appealing, the Crafter from the front is the only one I think I’d want.
-
The crafters are nice but age, mileage are usually old and high.
-
Huge things though you’d never need to worry about being over the payload lol 👍

I have Citroen relay for commercial they hold weight well loads room in front and back not had a problem yet
-
Have both vans, the master is a more solid van and slower no issues ( if you ignore all the warning lights common problem)
Relay not as solid much faster no issues
For staff the master ( stronger)
For you the Relay nice drive but the van is not as solid but no problem if treated with respect

I have seen a couple of Movano which are the same as the master. Prefer the look of the relays though. Just feel I need to go bigger as I know I will regret going for a H2 L1 if I got one

I have a renault master 2014 mwb high roof , dont like it but it’s practical for work and 1640 kg payload , has a 1000 ltr hot system and loads of other kit in it .
Also have an MAN TGE same as the crafter 2020 mwb high roof payload is only just over 1200 kg , 1000 ltr hot system and guessing its over weight if full haven put it on the weigh bridge yet , it’s an awesome van lovely thing to drive far to good for work , both theses vans are used in some tight places and it’s very rare we cannot get to a property, thy come into there own if needing to carry pressure washers , gutter vacs , etc , if just doing window cleaning then a smaller van might be better as the extra space would not be needed .

my Citroen relay is l2 H2 - great van takes 1000 litre tank 2 man set up and gutter vac no problem - its not missed a beat - only needed new rubber on the front wheels in 20k
you could get a way with a p/w as well but not on a permanent bases as it may become very crowded - depends on what p/w - tank and equipment you have

Blimey I would think you’d have room for a 1000 litre tank gutter vac pressure washer and bed if you wanted it,huge vans.

When I was looking for a replacement van for my old Citroen Relay there weren't many mwb van second hand. They were either swb our lwb.

May I ask people’s opinion please? As I live in Surrey and potentially pop into London ( out skirts ) from time to time, would I be mad getting a Euro 5 engine with less mileage or a Euro 6 with higher mileage ?

Renault master MWB had it 5+ yrs only thinh its had is tyres and CV boot.
Plus they dont rust.

Very prone to rear door handles braking at £250 a go , and the clutch cable mechanism is a plastic cheap and nasty thing costs £180 plus fitting , and all that on a 4 year old van from new with less than 30.000 miles 😂😂

Renault Master is a superb van.I'm on my second one and have been really pleased with them.

I have a Master too. Not had it long but happy enough so far. Big old beast, fits the water tank, hot box, big gennie, washer, tower and all manner of crap.
