What a faff you can’t speak to somone by ringing up, I’ve had to email about an order that’s been delivered but I’ve not recieved it!
Does anyone else have a contact no I can try as I could do with the pole today and gardiner just say they’ll get in contact within 24 hours🤷

I’m out working but the wife’s been to the next row of houses in the next field down and there was my new Xtreme sat in somones porch😁

I got a delivery note through the door last week indicating the courier had been but couldn’t drop my Gardiners delivery off, instructions an’ all.....
I’d also received an email from Gardiners clarifying this, at the same time the courier indicated he’d been round. In the email it asked I Gardiners to organise redelivering the parcel. They got back to me within 5 minutes, confirming they’d arranged with the the courier to leave the parcel where I’d needed it dropped.
You can’t knock Gardiners for customer service, they’re almost as good as Oakley Window Cleaning. :)

Hehe that’s abit naughty but she did say on the phone that gardiner instruct fedex to make sure there’s a signature on something of that value like an xtreme.
Credit to gardiner though for getting back so quick with the email call back system.
First days use on the new xtreme anyway, I always hate that sound of the brand new ridged pole sliding in and out of the sections!
