Hi,
I have been invited to tender for a large piece of commercial work predominantly external cleans to up to 4 storeys on a residential complex. Some internal work as well but can cover that off with my own traditional methods.
Any reputable, experienced WFP (own equipment) or other high rise technique operatives within reasonable reach of the Sutton area should make themselves known to me asap.
Attending today to give the contract an informal 'walk through', with a view to getting a 'first pass' at the size and scope.
Can all respondees please give me a quick run down of techniques and evidence / experience of contract work on a large scale. Just a quick summary - nothing too big, together with a name and a contact number.
I envisage attending a formal walk through in the near future for which I would require the selected subbies to attend with me.
Tender is live and signed off, and contract commences in September - I am 1 of only 2 being invited to tender. - Its who you know ;)
Cheers,
Grant.

Also gantry work -- glass walkway at 4th storey runs aprox 100 yds and has horizontally travelling ladder / pulley system glass aprox 10ft tall for duration of run, with sloping glass roof (not sure if in spec, as filthy at present compared to rest of work).
Emails to grant@eco-wash.co.uk asap please.

Hi Dave.
I think that place was designed by the same guy, as they have similarities. (I wish this was as big as that!)
This is on the north side of town. If you are local and interested drop me a mail.
Cheers,
Grant.
