Title: Mobile Home what to charge!!!

Carrying on from the thread about equipment to clean mobile homes.

We have a number of Mobile Home Parks around here so what would be a decent price to charge say a 2 bed home, lounge etc.

Carpets and upholstery.

I was thinking of mailing / approaching the owners to offer the service.

Hi Mark

We have a large number of caravan sites in Cornwall mostly serviced by TM users average price charged is £17.50 per unit on quantity!!!!  Which is why we don't clean any.

i service a number of caravan sites & charge .

all carpets                           80.00
all carpets & upholstery      140.00


these figures are for 10 vans at a time.
one off cleanes by private owners are plus 25%
