Anybody have a contact for a company that will create an employment contract for me. I've getting what I think are crazy prices.

Are you in the FSB? They have boilerplate contracts and a helpline if you are.

There are plenty of "create your own" tools online but I'd be cautious and check them out thoroughly, particularly reviews, etc.
