Just bought 200gpd ro system but need a booster pump all the pumps seem the same psi but some say some are ideal for 50gpd and others a higher gpd what is the difference apart from price cheers,martin

Flow rate is the difference. You need pressure to make RO work efficiently.
Buy the correct one for your RO membrane.

Not very mechanically minded.Just looked at flow rate on different pumps now I see the difference. would never of thought to.just glad I checked on here first
