We have an old Combo as a spare and drilled a hole through the bulkhead for the 35.

I have the same berlingo. A 27ft Slx fits down one side of the back perfectly.

When I need to carry the 60ft pole I take the gooseneck off and it goes in the back, from corner to corner sitting on my tank.

Other option is to cut a hole in your bulkhead which obviously isn’t ideal.

Some vans have a flap that you can open on the bottom of the bulkhead. It allows you to slide things from the back and into the cab under the seat. Might be worth looking at?

Nothing that a hole saw won’t sort out in 2 minutes on the end of a drill.

You don't need to do that :o
This van has a plate that you can take out to fit you poles or a ladder ,however I have fitted all my poles no problem
