Hi can anyone recommend a chemical that can melt concreted bird crap?
The pigeons and seagulls like to hang out on my customers chimney/TV Ariel directly above her solar panels.
There is ten years worth of bird crap and a 30 minute scrub at full pressure did absolutely nothing.
Can anyone recommend a chemical that will do the hard work for me?
Thanks,
Dan.

Don’t bother with a £10 chemical, that would be too easy, instead go out and spend 5k on a hot diesel system😁

Are you trying to clean it off solar panels or windows?
Even if you do a perfect job the crap will be back the next day if the panels/window is under an ariel. Either they move the ariel or it is just something they will have to put up with anyway.
I would think most ariels are redundant now with Cable and Sky.

Hot Water!

Not that I got any :(. I'm cold

🤣 Hot water hold a jet over anything like that that’s baked on it’s coming off with 65-70 degrees, you could do what most do though and stick with cold and ruin the brush before you even begin to shift muck like that 👍.

hot water and virosol is what i would use and a gardiner plastic scraper if the glass is that bad

One of the worst things this time of year I’m sure last few weeks most have come across it and that’s the outer line that a leaf leaves on a window sill especially PVC sills, hot water and it’s gone in seconds.

Well I thought one of you would be able to recommend something 🤔
Feeling let down tbh 🤣
