Title: Conratcts/ quotations

Today we lost a office cleaning contract ...
Majority of our customers are domestic and that was a contract that we couldnt afford to lose.
We would like to try and get some more but have not enough experience with doing quotes and do not know what kind of documents will be needed when submmiting quotes.
Can somebody direct us where to get such knowledge ie. any courses? Or maybe somebody would have some sample documents to share?
Any help greatly appreciated.
